My experience and my pets experience can only be expressed as being positive. When I moved here from another state, my neighbors recommended a vet and groomer to care for my old girl. I took my old girl to the vet and he and his assistants recommended and (confirmed my neighbors recommendation) that the best place in Houston was Grooming By Lisa. Lisa took care of my old girl as if she were her own, even through those last months when incontinence and other disabilities set in. My old girl has since passed on, but my new pets are as eager to see Lisa as I am. They are always well groomed and smell and look 100% better than when I take them in. Her staff has always been helpful and my pets love them too. Thanks again to my vet and neighbors for their recommendation.
