My first experience with Rocket was when my son accidentally bent the garage door track when he was learning to back out of the garage. I called, got an extremely reasonable price for the track, was able to go pick it up & all without getting the speech about the benefits of having a professional replace the track! Loved that.
My second experience was when our garage door spring broke one night. I called the next day and the gentleman was here within a couple of hours. He took the time to explain the product & the process, which I appreciated greatly. It took less than 30 minutes to get that spring up & working beautifully!!
I'm telling you, folks, this guy knows what he is doing & he is extremely reasonable. I appreciate a repairman who doesn't try to take advantage of a customer's dire situation.
