If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went on a Saturday night for a birthday party. After purchasing 2 drinks for myself, 2 drinks for a friend, and 1 drink for the birthday girl, I closed my tab out. When I received the bill- to my complete astonishment- the bartender charged me for 11 drinks! How does 2+2+1=11? When I demanded to speak to the manager, he agreed to compromise with me by splitting the 11 down the middle. When he printed out the second receipt, he ended up charging me for 8 drinks and he included a forced gratuity! I couldn't believe it. I don't know how 11 divided in half can possibly equate 8, and even further, why on earth would I want to give a tip to a bartender who falsely ran up my tab? I was a frequent customer of this place, but out of principal, I refuse to ever go back. Not only was I cheated and obliged to pay way too much, but I was treated with hostility by both the manager and the bartender. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unfair.
