Review content:
As a single woman, it's hard to know who to trust when it comes to car repair. I tried out Certified after listening to their radio show and have been pleased. The last time I had my vehicle there, they had it longer than originally planned for various reasons, but were really good at keeping me informed and were gracious enough to work with me on the cost of the repairs (which was greatly appreciated), I like their attitude when it comes to preventive maintenance and their thorough use of diagnostics to identify the problem(s). When they are done with my vehicle, I feel like it's going to run safely and well enough to keep me from having to buy a new one, at least for a few more years.
