Review content:
I ordered 3 shutters for my master bedroom. Other manufacturers use weaker woods, shoddier hinges/hardware and foreign manufacturers. These shutters are made in the USA (Lubbock, if I remember correctly), and are higher quality. The service was very good -- helpful staff, shared useful information, prompt in follow up. Also, these shutters were ready in half the time that other competitors were quoting for their products (I spoke to 2 national hardware chains, and two other local specialty shutter shops). While these guys were not the cheapest (they weren't the most expensive, either), they are local (I'd rather keep my money in my community than have it sent to some far off corporation) and the product was better. All in all, I would recommend these guys and use them again myself. In fact, I am thinking about using them to put some energy saving shades on the western windows of my house.
