I took my shih-tzu there when she was a puppy because she was losing all her hair. After spending $400 for "tests" because none of the vets knew what was wrong with her, and after being referred to a skin specialist for dogs (where I could possibly spend thousands of dollars), I decided to call the breeder. The breeder then told me that this was perfectly normal and most shih-tzu puppies shed their puppy coat. REALLY ANIMAL KIND? You didn't know that that's a NORMAL process? Either the vets are incompetent OR they scammed me for $400. Either scenario was enough for me to never go back there again.
Cons: All they care about is money.
