I said right from the start that I only wanted to look and I was very clear what I wanted to look for, diamond studs. Every person in the store took a swipe at me and they all said the same things which a complete sentences taken right form the Mercury review on this site. I was really put off when two different younger girl associates showed me dangel earrings and fashion earrings that they liked and suggested for me to give. I said that my wife wanted studs and they still persisted. I had four different salespeople telling to buy the whole visit. I felt a lot of pressure and that I wasn;t listened to.
Cons: I felt ganged up on and pressured and that they didn't listen to me.
