I got a gift certificate from my boyfriend. The first time I call to schedule to get a nail repaired, a fill in, and a pedi the girl said " oh I have an opening at 12:30" I ask to get all three done. The girl says "no just the repair, I have an opening at 6:30 tomorrow for a pedi" I said just forget it. The next time I call to schedule it was all good. I show up for my appointment and the girl that was doing my fill in and padi, was dressed like she was 12, her dress was bearly long enough to cover her hehind and her breasts were ready to come out of it. She did my nails and gave me a color chart to pick a color, she painted my nails and then asked it i'd like a refreshment, no drying of the nails. I had to wait to get the pedi, then finally a chair opened up, she filled it with water just water let me soak for awhile. When she finally come back she did the pedi and painted my toes. Half a$$ job, some of my nails and toes aren't even painted on the sides. Then a few days after the polish is coming off the tips. For as much as Mitchel's charges one would think you'd get better service! I normally go to a different place to get my nails done, they do your nail anyway you want them. The prices are cheaper snd the service is better. Not the basic service I got at Michel's!
