We needed to buy a new washer and dryer for our new house. Tried Sears, Home Depot,
Lowes and couldn't get knowledgable sales staff. Given the semi trained sales personnel, I wasn't too sanguine about installation, either. Our builder (generally a cheapskate) had used Yale for the other major appliances, so we stopped in. Great sales service -- knowledgable, not pushy, wanted to figure out what we needed. Because of the house configuration, there were problems with installation, but the crew were pros and figured out a great workaround. Later, when we had problems with our stove, they provided quick, efficient and effective service. We,ve since used them for lighting, towel racks, all sorts of things. Great quality, professional staff, well-managed organization. Don't forget to sign up for their monthly email -- it's actually useful.
