Went to dinner last night and could not believe the quality of service. First there was the long wait to get a table followed by a complete shutdown of communication by staff. After taking our order and bringing our drinks and salads, we never saw our waitress again! We had another long waiting period and had to ask about our food and drink refills from another server. After they realize how rude it was to ignore us, they apologized for the treatment, offered "free" dessert but my evening was ruined, and I will "never" go back to that restaurant or refer anyone else. In today's economy, when you get a chance to dine out, you expect the restaurant to appreciate your business and not just take you for granted as if they are the only restaurant in town. When you stop giving good service, your customers stop coming, employees get laid off, no profit is made, and you will soon go out of business! Clearly upper management needs to take a closer look at what is happening in their establishment and follow up with more training and hire more staff to accommodate the high volume of customers to insure Excellent Service!!
