Review content:
There was a time that Cole's was the best. That is history. Long story short, I will not return to Cole's for any type of service. I cannot recommend this business. What made Cole's such an outlier in automotive service appears to have left. The new service/office manager is rude and condescending. It did not appear he had any interest in maintaining my business. He went out of his way to be unhelpful and mean. He treated another customer he spoke with over the phone in the same manner.
