I bought a 2012 Optima at the end of December. When paying for the licensing I was told that any monies that I overpay would be returned upon receipt of the plates. When I received the plates, that were less than what I paid, there was no refund. It took several attempts to finally get someone to answer the phone to explain why no refund. The person that did answer was incredibly rude and attempts to contact the General Manager Kirk Romkey were transfered to a generic voice mail number. When I finally got an answer as to why they had not returned the monies owed I was told that they had 30 days, well now were on 60 days with still no refund in sight. Attempts to contact them again have been very difficult and when you finally do get a hold of someone they are very rude. They made a sale but did not make a customer, all they do is steal from you. They are thiefs.
