Review content:
I have been going to this salon for most of the year and gotten treatment. But as a Bride to be and leaving with a mullette after a trim and color/highlights after coming in with collar length hair. I am still in disbelief after my 7 hour ordeal. I do want to say that my anger and sheer helplessness did get the best of me and I said something that was WRONG and I apologized profusely and even sent a card to the stylist after this occurred. As i left the salon, after purchasing product as well, i got to my car and ran my hands through my hair only for it to come out in my hands and find color stains a quarter inch long on my forehead and neckline and on my ears. My stylist greeted her next client with "im sorry im running behind". She was obviously in over her head during my visit, she was working on 2 other ppl while I was there. This entire problem was turned around on ME to be the villian! What Bride to be wouldn't be completely traumatized by this kind of experience. Im still in disbelief as to the lies told to turn this into being MY fault. My only fault was voicing a horrible though out loud and it being completely taken out of context. Management did try to remedy, but the damage had been done, and when you have management who isn't a stylist, how can they truly "fix" anything? I kept being asked ," what can I do to make you happy?' There was nothing at that point that could have fixed what happened, but only made worse by being put with a lower level stylist who used thinning shears leaving me with hair a half inch long from the scalp. All confirmed by the number 1 salon in all of Indianapolis. The cut I got was so poor, the only answer is extensions. I did really enjoy going to this salon but after this experience and how they treated me, after I voiced a stupid, desparate plea>which I profusely admit was wrong and completely out of line, but totally taken out of context, which led to my complete and utter being treated like a lowlife, ungrateful idiot. There was a better way to have handle this, and they totally dropped the ball. And for the stylist to actually lie about being too busy is just the icing on the cake. this was a visit from hell. I pray it doesn't happen to anyone else.
