Hello! Annabelle had a very positive visit yesterday, her first at NSD. I was a little surprised that she did not see a hygienist for a formal cleaning. At Dr. Bhanji's, she did have her teeth cleaned at each recall. Alicia explained that this was not necessary until about age 12, and I'm curious now as to why as part of my ongoing education regarding all things dental. :) Also, Annabelle was nervous about meeting Dr. Pickel even though I told her he is hilarious. I should have had her take off her headphones and sit up to meet him - and will do so next time. And thank you for the toy box treat - she loves it. See you soon for sealants. (Lindsey Amtmann)
