Absolutely, no service after the sale. Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even their customer service manager would not return my phone call. Let me again stress, this car is less than a year old. I would spend my hard earned money at a business that treats you like a person, not a paycheck. My advice, find your dream car at a place who will provide you good service -- even after they've received your money.
