This is our second time going to Honda Windward for a vehicle. We went through the same sales person who helped us last year when we purchased our very first new vehicle. We had such great service that time, we decided to go through them again. This time we ended up leasing our vehicle. We originally were going to get a used vehicle, but Bob suggested leasing. At first we were hesitant because we never leased, but Bob explained to us and answered all our questions. So, we decided to lease, and it was a great decision in our opinion. Bob Laudick is such a great person. He takes the time to answer your questions and he is very thorough when it comes to explaining the vehicle. The process from finding a car to driving off the lot took almost 3 hours, but it didn't even seem that long because Bob entertains you by telling you jokes and just talking to you about general things, all awhile, making sure you understand everything about the car and the process. So if you are ever in need of a car, go to Honda Windward and request to see Bob Laudick. He will try to help you as much as possible with getting you the best deal and making sure you leave there satisfied and happy. Even after you drive your car off the lot, he will keep in contact with you, making sure that you know he is there for you if you ever need him to answer questions about the vehicle.
