I made my appointment last minute when I was having a 'bad hair day'... My stylist was Laura and she was WONDERFUL! She spent at least 5 minutes with me when I got there asking me lots of questions about what I liked about my hair and what I didn't like. We looked through magazines, and talked about what styles would work with my hair. At the end of my appoinment, I LOVED my new color and style! It was exactly what I needed and I enjoyed the conversation throughout the process. I would absolutely go back!
