I contacted this “repair service” to look at relatively new side-by-side refrigerator that suddenly stopped cooling. Two guys came, started the compressor, drilled the hole in the line, added CFC, took money and left. The refrigerator leaked CFC in 5 days and now is unfixable per factory-certified refrigeration technician. If Brandon and his friend knew what they were doing – they are dishonest men; if they did not – they should not advertise themselves as refrigeration technicians. A conceited woman on the phone yelled at me when I tried to get money back for this rip-off.
