Review content:
Dear Patrons: It has been three years since we have spoken, and the last time I wrote something here it was an apology for the poor reviews we accumulated prior to 12-07. It caused our rating to plummet from 4 stars to 1 star and frankly it was quite embarrasing. But through some hard work and your helpful critiques we have been rewarded by our clients and are once again showing a 3 star review overall. This time I am thanking you, instead of apologizing. Yet we still have the occassional 1 star and for this I am saying we are truly sorry. The gentleman who was mad at me for denying to take his credit card after saying I would, is right. I should have taken the deal. Doing so would have cost me money, but I still should have done it. I regret that decision. The person who said we took their money and did not deliver their product is also correct. We do take deposits. We have to in order to remain open. But we should have not taken all of their money without ascertaining if the product was in stock. Once again I am very sorry for our overzealousness. Should you wish to return to us I promise that experience will not happen again. In closing I would like to say that we here at Gringer and sons do not claim we are perfect. And from some of these reviews we know we are humbly imperfect. But we try; honestly, and with a moral constitution that has kept us serving NY's five boros and beyond for 91 years. Stick with us. We can only get better. Thank you for allowing me to speak with you on this forum. Louis Giogaia Store Manager Gringer and Sons.
