This Mom is no longer a slave to her kitchen! I am FREE to not only enjoy dinner meals with my family, eating while it's still hot, but because prep is nil, the "dinner hour" isn't spent cleaning up after all the prep.
My husband and I went to Mix It Up recently...their new store in the Mall of America had a $50 off deal and that sold us on giving them a try. The whole process couldn't have been more simple. Go online, pick your date and time and don't forget your cooler when you go!
Once in the store, hands are washed, aprons are donned, and the fun begins! Step by step instructions are at each meal station and are easy to follow. All the ingredients are ready for you to assemble in freezer bags.
In general, the meals feed 4 to 6 people. Our family of four, including 2 small children, chose to half each meal and therefore the cost, as well. We walked out of Mix it Up with 24 meals for a total cost of $125.
Tasty, quick, and Mom now has her evenings back!! It doesn't get any better than that! :) :) :)
