These apartments are horrible and I highly advise that you look elsewhere.
AUM Water Billing - 3rd party billing systems that turns your water bill into a huge profit center for the apartments. How does $150 water/sewer bill sound?
Oceana Flyzone - These apartments are in the direct flight path of the fly zone. this means that naval jets fly over head (and low) at all hours of the day and night. Dangerous and the noise is deafening and scares small children
Section 8 - The surrounding neighborhoods are section 8 and has a lot of crime activity
Condition of the apartments suck and the maintenance guys cant seem to fix anything on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd try. Still waiting to get the leaking toilet fixed
Office staff are nosy, unprofessional, two-faced and do not want to deal with issues. Only like you if you do not complain.
