My kitchen sink has been plugged for days. I tried to use a variety of products, but despite of my attempts, I still couldn't get it to work. Today, I dialed up Roto-Rooter in Providence, RI. I spoke to the costumer service rep on the phone, and request their assistance. To my surprise, a friendly and knowledgeable plumber showed up within an hour. He evaluated my problem and gave me an honest estimate. I must say that it was pricier than I expected, but it was worth every penny. Not only was he very patient with my sink problems, he was also extremely courteous , offering to clean up the sink afterword. I had a $30 off coupon, but my printer did not work. He took the discount without any questions. Thanks for an awesome job!
