The only Positive feedback I have about this firm is that they got my relative out fairly quickly, however with these people it’s all about money! & their strategy is they will get your loved one out but at a cost no matter how small the crime or offence! They can careless where the money comes from or who it was borrowed from at that moment that ultimately needs to be repaid… Because they just figure you’ll deal with it not them! They have no intention on refunding what’s yours! I am sooo livid with these people!! I feel taken advantaged of! I'm still waiting on my $3000 check 1 year later… The only thing Courtney says is they'll cut the check on the 15th, then when you don't receive anything a month later, she apologizes & says the 31st, another month goes by & it’s "Oh I'm sorry it's going out the 15th" Now I Can't seem to ever get through after that, I just get a voicemail box that is usually full! These people are completely bogus! I will be pursuing you folks for my money! I'm not letting this fly! & I agree w/ "Broadway" where I'm from u guys would've had a problem a long time ago!!! Someone needs to definitely teach you thieves a lesson! & another thing you can quit the BS trying to boost your ratings!! It's obvious you created all those fake accounts to leave positive feedback all on the same day solely for this firm/agency & took the initiative to thumbs down all the real feedback! You actually had the nerve to leave such crude comments on people's posts that have PAID YOU for your services and rated you accordingly! It us that’s kept you guys in business…I hope for not much longer! So cut it out! YOU ALL ARE SCAM ARTIST! Better Business Bureau here I come!
