Businiess name:  Capistrano Nissan

Review content:
We bought a "Certified / Pre-Owned" 2005 Nissan Altima from Capistrano in July of 2008. When we bought the car the salesman made a big deal about giving us new floor mats...we discovered later that it was because there was a huge tear in the carpet on the drivers side. Within one month of purchasing the car we had to have it towed back to the dealer because the battery died...the cells were all bone dry. Capistrano Nissan tried to charge us for the new battery until I made a huge scene in their show room. Now that they are out of business the dealership has been taken over by Wesloh Nissan...what a bunch of jerks! They now tell me that my "Certified/Pre-Owned" Nissan needs in excess of $600 worth of repairs and too bad that I got screwed by Capistrano Nissan...their direct quote "that's why they are out of business." If their customer service rep is an indication of the way that they treat their customers, they will be out of business too! Pros: None Cons: Yes, they are!
