I lived in Washington Heights for a long time, and have always loved Mamajuana's (definitely try the Sangria!!) Now that I live in Brooklyn, I love it even more. I always bring my out of town friends here (even though many of them are from Miami and have been to the one there) and go often on dates. The environment is great, and they are always busy, so a quick turnaround is the name of the game. The food is nothing short of amazing, and I can not think of a time when I did not enjoy going there. It is definitely worth the ride in from Brooklyn!
