I've been going to Leon Valley Vet from 2007 until 2010. I have gotten my dogs shots there a couple of times as well as a couple of exams. I usually just purchase my medications from them and get my shots somewhere cheaper because they charge an arm and a leg for everything. Today I went in (like I do every few months for the past almost 4 years) and they said that I have to bring all of my animals in to have the vet actually look at them, which I bring them in once a year they are saying they have no record of this and keep going around in circles. The woman was rude at the front desk and I have never been treated so poorly by any one ever in my life. I had nothing against this vet before today. Horrible office staff. She kept rolling her eyes at me, until finally I got fed up with her and said I am taking my business elsewhere. I can't believe I was treated this way after purchasing a TON of medications from them (I have a lot of animals, foster animals, and work with rescues all over San Antonio). I will be telling all of these rescues, friends, AND family, never to go to this vet again
