It seems that every year, I find out that my son has outgrown and worn-out his summer baseball cleats when fall baseball is about to begin. By then, it is difficult to find baseball cleats. I found Dowdle Sports on the internet. They had great prices on Mizuno Vintage Mid6 cleats, so I placed my order. After not receiving the expected shipping confirmation within a few days, I contacted the company. As common this time of year (spring/summer youth baseball season having ended), they were out of stock.
Here is where Dowdle Sports went above and beyond. A company representative (Bill) personally wrote me back indicating when the next shipment would likely be received, while asking if I would like to continue placing my order? I explained that my son would need the cleats by not later than a certain date. While he could not absolutely promise that the order would be received on time, he promised to keep me informed, should the shipment be delayed. HE ABSOLUTELY KEPT HIS PROMISE, and we received the shoes in time for my son to begin his first practices. We are very happy with Dowdle Sports and would gladly recommend them.
