Edgehill Studios, a new addition to the Nashville coffe shop scene is much more than a coffee shop. While the coffee they serve, Portland Brew, is some of the freshest and most flavorful I have had in the Nashville area, it's the live music and other features of the shop that keep me coming back. They boast the only Ipod bar that I know of in town and have a full service graphic design and print-shop team on staff to help you develop your own greeting cards, stationary, logos, calendars or anything else you can possibly imagine. Computers are available for use (Internet access is only $7 an hour, great price) or you can bring your own and connect wirelessly or through their cables. In addition to being so technologically savvy, they have open-mic nights and great musical acts play on the weekend. The ambiance is sleek and modern yet comfortable enough for me to do my school work. Plus, they're an easy walk from either Belmont or Vanderbilt's campus. Definitely check out their low-fat muffins (delicious) and the portabella sandwhich.
