My cable was out. I called the toll free customer service. Of course the CSR was from some country east of New York and West of China!
This idiot kept trying to sell me services and upgrades after I kept asking for assistance with my cable. LIKE FIVE TIMES - he simply would not transfer me. I had to hang up.
Some examples of what a broken record sounds like:
Sir you are eligible for an upgrade - NO I do not want it. Sir You do not have phone service - you should get a phone package, NO I do not want it
Sir, you are missing out on a great opportunity, I do not care - Please get me someone who can help with my cable.
What a moron. I am moving next month, hopefully I have more options.
