Review content:
The so-called plumbers from Roto-Rooter LIED to us and scammed us out of $800 for procedures that were completely unnecessary. Our problem was simply tree roots (we discovered this later from another plumber), yet Roto-Rooter claimed that we needed a new sewer line to the street and wanted to charge us over $3000 to install it! To make matters worse, they damaged the pipes in our basement! Consequently, we had to have another plumber come in to fix this new problem as well as the original problem (i.e., tree roots)! When we tried to discuss the situation with management, they were totally unresponsive. Save your money--look elsewhere for reputable plumbers!!!
