Review content:
The Smithsburg General Store is a fabulous little retail store located in downtown Smithsburg. They carry many hard-to-find items and offer everything at very reasonable and competitive prices.
This is the only place we’ve been able to find a large selection of Thomas The Tank Engine items for our boys. They have a great train table right in front where the kids can play while we shop. Anything Thomas that is not in the store can be ordered.
Besides Thomas items, they carry many items for the home, most of them decorative-type or kitchen items.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ample parking is available and credit cards or layaway is accepted.
