Their signature green tea manicure (their basic manicure) involves a green tea hand soak, a green tea scrub, a back massage at the hip-looking drying station, and pampering from beginning to end. I couldn't believe what amazing service I was getting for $12! I've definitely paid $9 for manicures that are nowhere near as luxurious as Element's mani. They also have a good Monday-Thursday $30 mani/pedi deal. The space is clean and modern looking, there are flat screen TVs playing new music videos, the employees are sweet and friendly, and they use high quality products. Absolutely the best manicure I've ever had in NY, especially for the price. Pros: Great atmosphere, professional service, luxurious Cons: A little bit pricier than your average nail shop
