Tony-Tire Department:Friendly, prompt and patient. He answered all my questions and address my concerns. Educated me about different tires, which helped me to decide which I wanted put on my vehicle. Joe-Technician:Friendly, prompt and patient. He is he one that took care of the R/R of my new set of tires. Everyone I deal with, Everytime have have great customer service attitude! The service area is always very clean too. Last note; I prefer the "sacks" cafe crew and the menu. The new one just doesn't seem as clean and inviting to relax and eat in.
