Review content:
The Ventana apartments are very nice but the location is horrible. I have lived there for six months now and wished I had not picked an apartment on the North side because that is facing the San Jacinto apartments. Facing the San Jacinto apartments will allow you to witness loud talking and music in their parking lot constantly. The staff are nice especially the Manager Nancy and the Leasing Director Cory. Although, I believe that Cory left around July or August because I have not seen her since that time; she always bent over back wards to help while the rest looked almost like they did not want to be there. There are a few homeless shelters near by and the area is run down but looking better. Hopefully the homeless shelters will be closed. Homeless people are always hanging around begging for money. The Ventana is a great place but the immediate surrounding area is horrible Pros: Great staff, Beautiful place, Indoor parking Cons: Near Homeless shelters, Near run down area
