While Cat was the mgr I formerly had used, he was on the phone and busy and Tim stood in for him 100%, everything clicked even on a short fuze. While there, I was able to meet the GM Wayne and another mgr Stephanie, and was treated in a most pleasant way. I had previously been to another dealer twice about 6 weeks earlier, for the same issue, the repair was addressed, but it turned out “not repaired properly”. Cat promptly understood the issue, and was obviously completed the repair, timely and efficiently. During that afternoon I spent at the dealership, but that was my choice, so I could get out of town as soon as the repairs were completed, visiting during the afternoon, with Cat, Wayne, Stephanie, and Tim made the time go by faster and with more jocularity.
