This Home Depot location has always been one of my favorites. Every employee is always courteous and eager to help. But the reason I'm leaving a review is because of my last visit. I had bought a granite whole saw at the Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley location near my house, and when it didn't work I took it back. They gave me a hard time about it. They said that their return policy for a tool like this was that it could only be returned unopened. It didn't mater that it didn't work at all, not even a scratch on our counter top. I couldn't even get store credit even after talking to a guy who said he was the manager. When I took it in to the location by my work and told them what had happened, they were glad to give me a refund or store credit. I got another one and it worked perfectly. I can safely recommend this store on 43rd ave and Camelback.
