I made a reservation for 10 people and made it clear we were doing drinks and appetizers before going on to another venue. I was told there was a $20 per person min for parties of 10 or more and gratuity would be included into the tab...no problem.
After enduring an hour of slow service from a very rude server she told us right before the bill came out that we were $87 short. Apparently that $20 per person min doesn?t include alcohol (would have been nice to know that in the beginning). The server said people misunderstand this often because "they aren?t listening". Nice response. After asking for the manager I was shocked to find out he was equally as rude as the server. Net, net....never going back.
