Absolutely criminal. This man, who's wife is a real estate agent, is clearly in cahoots with his wife to rip off her clients. He insists on replacing parts that are not even related to the problem. When replacing a simple shower head, he had to replace the all the pipes within that wall... If he shows up, it will not be on time and he will have a horrible attitude. Not to mention that he will leave your floor scratched and dirty! Should you choose him, good luck!
