Review content:
We called Brent because my husband's computer crashes frequently and has trouble accessing our home wireless network. Brent responded within 24 hours and spent several hours working on his system. He found numerous viruses and worms on the system which had slowed it down a lot. He also diagnosed a possible source of the wireless connection problem. After he left, the system worked faster and my husband was much less frustrated. He didn't spend nearly as much time waiting for the system, and it didn't crash all the time.
He also worked on my system, to address Outlook issues I was having. He changed the security program I was using and checked/changed some settings. My system has worked much faster and reliably since he touched it!
Brent is very knowledgeable and responsive. He's easy to work with and reasonably priced. I have recommended him to other because of his expertise.
