Review content:
From the outside, Ripples appears appealing. Its large front windows let passers by gaze into an array of hair care products, large black leather couches, a seemingly endless supply of the latest fashion magazines and numerous stylists providing Arlington residents (mostly women) with the latest in European hairstyles. What you cannot see from the street is the unpleasant staff and high prices. The select staff this review has dealt with have been unwilling to listen to concerns and wants and needs. They were more interested in selling a $200 hairdryer than accommodating a haircut that was easy to style and took minimal time.
