Review content:
The real estate market in Boston is delusional right now, despite signs of economic softening. I had some experience with this agency. It's hard to tell whether it was this agency in particular or the market as a whole. Things are crazy, and sellers are unreliable.
So I don't want to denigrate this place -- some of the agents seemed friendly. They specialize in Beacon Hill, which is small enough so everyone knows everybody.
I would seriouisly recommend trying to bargain, and keeping your head screwed on straight throughout the process.
