I really wish there was a negative star rating. My experience with this company was so bad that it has caused me to write probably the only review of a business I ever will. There are already a lot of really bad reviews for this company, but they list some nice homes and the people who show the homes were actually quite friendly, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake.
The people who work in the office are absolutely awful. They ranged from incompetent and unprofessional to belligerent and literally balled fist rage filled shaking. The accounts manager I dealt with was one of the rudest, most inappropriate people I have ever met. She actually seemed crazy. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of company.
RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY. God help the people who rent through this company...
