My husband and I have been doing business with NCSECU for more than 25 yrs. We introduced our grown children to the Credit Union as well. Our great experiences far surpass any negative experiences, because no one or anything is going to be perfect. We have never had a problem with any of the tellers, customer service personnel or loans officers. I would not want to have to do business with any other financial institution in the world! If there are any improvements to be made, I would like to see a better flow with the Drive-thru service at the branch where we bank; other than that, NCSECU is the place to be!!!!! Just love your online services as well.
