There is a big problem when a sales person replies I don't know to a question and does not try to get the answer for you. I went to buy a refurbished monitor for my daughter and the one she wanted looked blurry, so we asked why was it blurry and how can we fix it........the sales person replied I don't know and went on with talking to the person repairing a computer instead of trying to help us. We asked someone else for help and she got the other technician to look at the monitor and they could not figure out why it was so blurry, so we left without a monitor and with the feeling that they knew absolutely nothing as to what they were doing. more
