They fixed my virus in 2 days! I was so upset that I got one, called them and they were really nice to me. They talked to me in terms I can understand because I don't know the computer technology terms. Plus they told me my software wasn't running good, I needed a new kind to prevent spyware not remove it. NOt only did they give me valuable information but he realized that I need my computer for work and got it done very efficiently. It was finished before the day he told me it would be! Very nice suprise!
