Our dog took our silverware holder in the dishwasher and somehow managed to chew it up and destroyed it. So I researched how to get a new one, which isn't an easy chore. So I came across this store that sells all the parts for dishwasher repair. I called them up and they had the part in stock. I went into the store to get the silverware basket for my dishwasher. The store attendant handed me one that matched perfectly. I asked how much -- "No charge" was his reply.
I thanked him and went on my way.
The store has windows all around so the lighting is great to look at appliances.
They have been in the neighborhood a long time and now I see why.
