This is a small time company and they provide small time service.
I went to drop off my computer for service and arived at 8:40 am. Nobody was there, the door was still locked even though the sign said that they open at 8:30 AM and I had called the day before and said I would be in when they opened.
They weren't helpful in person, although they seemed to be over the phone. My computer did get fixed and still works and the price was reasonable.
When your computer is broken and you need service right away, I suggest going to a bigger company, like a Best Buy.
