Good: Friendly staff, good selections of natural pet food, toys, harnesses/leashes. They have frozen/fresh food for pets as well. They have good refund guarantee too.. Bad: Some of the staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they carried nor about the pets. So, didn't get a huge deal of confidence that I was making the right purchase..
