Every time I go to the Harris Teeters at Pentagon City, I have had to take RedCab because I did not have a phone/number to call and they must have a deal with HT because they have a direct phone line there. So convenient. And yet, each time, I have met with surly drivers, one who chastised me for making him wait for 5 extra minutes and others who seem to take the long route to my home though I know the way since I've gone many times, then act as if I don't know what I am talking about when I question them. Oh and don't expect any help with bags - not that I expect them to carry anything just help me get the stuff out of the back of the vehicle. Old fashioned wishes.
I suppose since I am a single woman, it is okay to be treated with little respect and lots of condescension! No more, I've given them enough second chances. I will try another company and HOPE for courteous drivers! Any suggestions?
