La Cocina Latin Cafe is one of Tampa's hidden treasures. It serves genuine Latin foods, and offers great service and wonderful food. I recommend the Cuban sandwich. It's massive, and is quite affordable at around five dollars. You might want to brush up on your Spanish before going, because you're going to get genuine Latin service! The plaintains are spectacular, too!
